The Health Expert is designed for people who want to learn how to train within their own environment. Sessions take place at your home, in a public park or at a fitness facility of your choice, within a 20 km radius of Ghent city center.
 

The focus is on understanding, autonomy and real-life applicability. You don’t just learn what to do, but also why you do it and how to maintain it over the long term. Training is adapted to your level, goals and available resources.
 

Through a personalized training program and follow-up via a user-friendly app, you work towards consistent progress with an emphasis on correct execution, structure and sustainability.
 

The Health Expert is ideal for those who want to take responsibility for their own process and integrate training and health into their daily life.
