Each coaching block is designed to provide the structure and guidance needed to make real progress. Training and nutrition are tailored to your situation, regularly evaluated, and adjusted where necessary, with ongoing follow-up to keep the process focused and effective.
 

Training is structured using a periodized approach, alternating accumulation and intensification phases to ensure progression, recovery and long-term development. This allows the process to stay challenging without becoming random or unsustainable.
 

Working in fixed 4-week blocks allows me to coach with more intent, adjust faster and maintain higher standards, while giving you the clarity and structure required to stay consistent.
